Elegance on Beaver Lake

In this extensive remodel and addition project, EGA transformed an uninspired house into a truly elegant home. The architect replaced the heart of the existing house on the Sammamish Plateau in Washington with a soaring structure. This solution simultaneously took full advantage of the lake view, provided a grand entry and tied the front of the property to the back more directly. This then provided the opportunity to create outdoor spaces on both sides of the house. A covered outdoor space on the entry side enjoys the view of the water feature and pond that is also seen from the kitchen.

The Master Suite was designed in a space that was formerly a playroom. Also added to this home was an executive suite above a new three car garage.
