Greenwood Brush-Up

This Greenwood renovation provided the owners with the space they needed all while keeping to a modest budget.

A new second story gave space for an upgraded shared bath plus a master suite while maximizing light and view with an expansive second-floor window. Just as important, these additions elaborated on the original architecture instead of overpowering its traditional personality; EGA made sure the second story was an extension of the home rather than a visual and spatial intrusion.
