Greenwood Brush-Up

This 1912 Craftsman bungalow was showing its age when the clients came to EGA. The primary design driver was to add a large Master suite plus a shared bath on the second floor. What brought them to choose us as the architects was our skill at keeping the charm and character of the existing house and neighborhood.

The original budget required some phasing to be designed into the master plan. The Master Bathroom was to be plumbed but not finished out and used as a storage area. In the end, they chose to finish that area as well as several other areas in the house.
