Previously a cramped split-level, this Edmonds home was improved both in look and feel. Despite a modest budget, Eric Gedney Architect was able to rebuild a second floor over the existing garage and add exterior detail and upgrades in materials to the street facade.

With limited space and budget, creative thinking turned this project from a bare 70s-style house into a comfortable, bright home.
