This significant renovation played with the craftsman’s original architecture so that its additional size was not an imposition but rather a compliment to the home and its context. Eric Gedney Architect added a third-floor loft with a roof deck for enjoying stargazing and Seattle summers.

The end result is a vastly improved home that still maintains the personality of its old self and respects the environment around it.
